Riding the train to the Mariners Game

Saturday July 25th
As you know we have season tickets to the Mariners. Parking and driving is usually a pile. However this day for this game, the Sounder was running (thankfully) and so instead of driving we took the train. (there were 2 events going on that day, one at safeco the other at qwest field. this means bad traffic and no parking spaces available.)
We had gone to the game the night before as well--so we were a bit nervous at how the kids would be as we got home late, and then had to get up early to catch the train.

Mircea was quite excited about the train. . .

Wow, it is a BIG BLUE TRAIN
Climbing on with all the gear
The train was full of Mariner and Sounder fans

Cea took this pic of Casper

Daddy and Casper

It is rather noisy, but she is saying that she likes trains they are her favorite, and then she points out some different train tracks.

At the park before going in, Cea was given this banner.
It comes with color crayons, so she can color it during the game.

Cea picked out pizza for her lunch!

Eating peanuts and drinking fresh lemonade (our drink of choice at the games)

Casper likes to play the game "I'll grab a shell from the gross dirty ground and start to put it in my mouth, while you try to stop me!"

Our View

Check out the score--it is rather dismal, but the day was sunny and warm!

Cea loves to play on that bar in the woman's bathroom
